Down in Oregon

Our annual Oregon trip last fall was a little different than usual. While we did return to Lincoln City, we stayed on the other end of town from where we usually are, in a house overlooking Siletz Bay. But what was even more exciting was our friends Gibson and Ellen Holub decided to come up from Medford and join us. We had a very grand time. The view was incredible, the weather as dramatic as we could hope for, there was plenty of wine and beer to keep us well-watered, and the company was a joy. It was a classic get-away and the kind of experience that makes this yearly pilgrimage to the Oregon coast always something to look forward to.
